Job Summary
Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a Techno-Commercial qualified to support project procurement and commercial activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
The role will involve BOQ management, tendering, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, project billing, variations and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and analyse project BOQs.
- Coordinate tendering and quotation processes.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Coordinate procurement with vendors, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Prepare and coordinate purchase orders based on approved requirements.
- Track project variations and additional work requirements.
- Coordinate vendor billing and supporting documentation.
- Monitor procurement costs and project budgets.
- Support project cost-control activities.
- Maintain procurement and commercial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and project execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
- Relevant experience in techno-commercial, project procurement or commercial project coordination.
- Practical experience with BOQs, tendering, quotation evaluation and vendor negotiations.
- Experience handling purchase orders, billing, variations and cost control.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors and project teams.
Preferred Project Exposure Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Civil and construction projects
- Interior and fit-out projects
- MEP projects
- Retail projects
- Hospitality projects
- Entertainment or amusement projects
- FEC or gaming projects
