About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Data Science & AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum development, live training sessions, hands-on projects, and mentoring learners to build job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured Data Science, AI & Machine Learning training programs.
- Conduct live online/offline sessions with practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Teach Python, SQL, Statistics, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI concepts.
- Cover tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/ PyTorch.
- Train students on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI applications.
- Explain real-world use cases and industry applications of AI and Data Science.
- Develop assignments, assessments, coding exercises, case studies and projects.
- Guide learners through end-to-end industry projects and portfolio development.
- Provide mentorship on technical skills, project implementation and interview preparation.
- Keep course content updated with current AI and Data Science trends.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic/training team to continuously improve the curriculum.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of Statistics, Data Analysis and Machine Learning.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and data science libraries.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI. Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI tools.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong presentation, communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience working on real-world Data Science/AI projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of industry or training experience in Data Science, AI/ML or related technologies.
- Prior experience as a Data Science/AI Trainer, Technical Instructor, Data Scientist, ML Engineer or AI Engineer will be preferred.
- Experience in developing and delivering job-oriented training programs is an advantage.
