Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Visual Designer to transform complex software architecture, data flows, and system engineering concepts into clean, intuitive visual models using Microsoft Whiteboard. In this role, you will collaborate with software developers, systems architects, and technical leadership to convert dense technical documentation into standardized, visually clear diagrams, interactive whiteboards, and executive-ready presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Architecture & Standardization: Design custom icon sets, color-coded visual hierarchies, and reusable Microsoft Whiteboard templates for software workflows, cloud infrastructures, and data pipelines.

- Information Synthesis: Partner with software developers and system engineers to translate raw technical notes, code workflows, and network maps into easy-to-read visual boards.

- Whiteboard System Optimization: Structure interactive Microsoft Whiteboard spaces optimized for live brainstorming sessions, technical onboarding, and cross-team engineering workshops.

- Executive & Stakeholder Assets: Produce polished visual summaries of complex technical models for non-technical stakeholders, leadership, and external client presentations.

Required Qualifications





- Technical Visual Design Experience: 2+ years of experience in visual design, information architecture, UX documentation, or technical diagramming.

- Mastery of Collaborative Visual Tools: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Whiteboard, as well as companion tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma.

- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand basic software development concepts, cloud architecture, and flowcharts without needing step-by-step guidance.

- Information Layout Skills: Proven portfolio showing an ability to take complex, chaotic technical information and organize it into transparent, scannable visual designs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working within a software development, SaaS, or enterprise IT environment.

- Knowledge of standard diagramming conventions (UML, Data Flow Diagrams, C4 Model).

Soft Skills

- Strong active listening skills to distill complex technical jargon into visual concepts during live discovery calls.

- High attention to detail regarding alignment, visual consistency, and clarity.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
