Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in executing wireless communication and defence technology projects.
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, integration, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Review designs, project plans, and technical documentation prepared by team members.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

- Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, Production, QA, Sales, and Field Support.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and escalate risks proactively.

3. System Integration & Testing

- Oversee integration, commissioning, and validation of wireless communication systems and defence-grade equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during lab and field testing.
- Ensure accurate test reports,



installation procedures, and technical documentation.

4. Customer Support & Field Activities

- Support customers during demos, trials, acceptance testing, and field deployments.
- Provide technical clarifications to clients, defence personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage post-deployment technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

5. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with defence, RF, and communication industry standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation including specifications, test results, and project reports.
- Ensure the team follows safety protocols and secure handling of sensitive systems.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Robust knowledge of wireless communication technologies (RF, LTE, SDR, TETRA, VHF/UHF systems, IP networks, antennas, etc.).
- Familiarity with defence systems, tactical communication solutions, or mission-critical equipment.
- Experience with system integration, testing tools, and field troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, task management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage field deployments.
