We’re looking for a Technical Support Intern who is technically curious, hands-on with modern AI tools, and enjoys solving problems.

This is an opportunity to work with AI, APIs, SaaS, automation, Voice AI, WhatsApp, CRM, and real customer use cases — while developing both technical and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support to customers through calls, chats, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer issues and troubleshoot them independently wherever possible.
- Work with APIs, integrations, webhooks, JSON, configurations, and technical workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to WhatsApp, CRM, AI calling, and customer engagement platforms.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and escalate bugs to the relevant internal teams.
- Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms for research, troubleshooting, content creation, and workflow improvement.
- Create AI-generated images, creatives, content, prompts, and other business assets when required.
- Explore new AI tools and understand how they can be applied to real business requirements.
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to resolve customer issues.




- Maintain documentation of common issues, solutions, and support processes.
- Continuously learn and understand how an AI SaaS product is built, integrated, supported, and improved.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Engineering degree.
- 6 months–1 year of internship or relevant hands-on experience is preferred.
- Strong interest in AI, technology, SaaS, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
- Ability to create AI-generated images, creatives, content, and other digital assets.
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, integrations, databases, or web technologies is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical concepts in straightforward language.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and technologies.
- A proactive “let me figure it out” mindset.
