Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, website leads, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to soundproofing, acoustic treatment, vibration control, and architectural acoustics.
- Recommend suitable products and systems based on the customer's application, site conditions, performance requirements, and budget.
- Explain technical specifications, product applications, installation methods, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare and share technical proposals, quotations, product datasheets, BOQs, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, dealers, and project owners.
- Develop new B2B customers and identify opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, studio, industrial, educational, and institutional projects.
- Coordinate internally with technical, production, logistics, accounts, and installation teams for smooth execution of customer orders.




- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials and systems for their projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and customer interactions.
- Update sales activities and opportunities in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, dispatches, and project requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Keep updated with MMT Acoustix products, applications, technical specifications, pricing, and recent product developments.
- Monitor competitor products, market requirements, and customer feedback and report relevant information to management.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, site visits, and industry events whenever required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
