US IT Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for US-based IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and coordinating qualified candidates while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand US IT job requirements and client hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, referrals, and internal databases .
- Review resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Verify candidate visa status and work authorization .
- Work with US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099 .
- Submit qualified candidates to clients, vendors, or account managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up for interview feedback and candidate status.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM/Excel .
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends and market requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
- Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
