Search Visibility Startup (AI) is Looking for:**** Operations / Technical Project Manager About The Role We are looking for an Operations / Technical Project Manager to coordinate projects across our internal team, developers, external development partners, and AI-powered systems.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and operations management skills with a practical understanding of websites, automation, AI agents, GoHighLevel, SEO, AEO, and technical workflows.

You will not be expected to write all the code. However, you must understand enough technical concepts to manage developers effectively, evaluate deliverables, identify issues, coordinate testing, and keep projects moving from planning through launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning and scoping through execution, QA, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Coordinate internal teams, developers, freelancers, vendors, and external development partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear tasks, workflows, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and ownership structures.
- Track progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Review development work and confirm that deliverables meet requirements.
- Coordinate functional testing, technical QA, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness.
- Manage website development, updates, integrations, landing pages, and platform changes.
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of GoHighLevel workflows, CRM processes, funnels, and automations.
- Manage AI agents and automation systems, including task definitions, permissions, approval steps, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs and automated actions are reviewed before being used in production where required.




- Document technical processes, SOPs, workflows, decisions, and project updates.
- Monitor the quality, reliability, and performance of automated workflows.
- Coordinate SEO and AEO-related activities, including content structure, technical requirements, metadata, and search visibility improvements.
- Establish repeatable processes for managing multiple projects, teams, and automation systems.

Required Skills And Experience

- Proven experience in project management, operations management, or technical delivery.
- Experience managing developers, vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
- Practical understanding of website development and software project lifecycles.
- Experience working with AI tools, AI agents, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Understanding of automation concepts, triggers, actions, integrations, and approval workflows.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience coordinating website projects, landing pages, integrations, or digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles.
- Strong experience with QA, testing, issue tracking, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to understand technical discussions without needing to be a full-time developer.
- Strong documentation, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience managing AI agents in operational or business workflows.
- Experience with GoHighLevel funnels, CRM pipelines, campaigns, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, databases, hosting, and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with software development tools such as GitHub, Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of website platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or Next.js-based applications.
- Experience managing SEO content, structured data, technical SEO, or AEO initiatives.
- Familiarity with QA tools, browser testing, analytics,



and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing remote or international teams.
- Familiarity with AI creative and automation tools such as Higgsfield.
- Experience creating SOPs and scaling internal operations.
