Job Title: Senior Project / Program Manager – Data & AI (Night Shift) /n Location: Bangalore (In office) /n Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with global clients) /n Experience: 7–12 Years /n About the Role /n We are looking for a heavyweight, seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex global delivery projects. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects, orchestrate cross-functional teams of 40+ people, and act as the primary strategic partner for C-level executives /n . /n If you have a proven track record of steering massive Cloud, DevOps, and Data/AI migrations while keeping budgets and risks tightly controlled, we want to talk to you. /n What You'll Do /n ● Global Delivery: Manage large, complex, multi-region project delivery with high commercial and legal complexity. /n ● Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire internal and external teams of 40+ people (including other PMs). /n ● Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership and C-suite executives. /n ● Financial Ownership: Own project financials, ensuring reliable forecasting and meeting/exceeding approved budgets. /n What We Are Looking For (Required Skills) /n ● Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid project/program management experience. /n ● Must-Have Certifications: Active PMP AND CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications. /n ● Tech Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing Data & AI projects, Cloud Solutions, DevOps implementations, and Datacenter/Application migrations. /n ● Methodology: In-depth knowledge of advanced scheduling, risk management, and Agile/Scrum frameworks. /n ● Flexibility: Comfortable working the night shift to support global client operations. /n ● Education: First Level University Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
