- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals.
- Positive understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
