Job Title : Enterprise Integration Tech Lead

Torro DigiHub Private Limited is looking for an experienced Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to help design, build and scale secure, high-performance integrations for Torro OneData and enterprise banking ecosystems.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges across APIs, databases, data pipelines, event-driven systems and enterprise applications.

What Youll Own :

Torro OneData Implementation :

- Design, develop and maintain secure integration pathways between Torro OneData and internal banking systems.
- Build scalable integration frameworks for enterprise data governance and metadata management.

Data Source Connectivity :

- Integrate Torro OneData with databases and enterprise platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake and core banking applications.
- Enable secure and reliable metadata connectivity across heterogeneous systems.

API & Microservices Integration :

- Design, develop and consume secure REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build integration services supporting automated data discovery, lineage tracking and governance workflows.
- Work with API gateways, authentication, authorization and secure data exchange patterns.

Data Pipeline Engineering :

- Develop clean, optimized Python scripts for automation, metadata processing and data movement.
- Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures and data transformation logic.
- Troubleshoot and optimize high-volume data pipelines.

Architecture & Integration Patterns :

- Design and implement real-time / online integrations using APIs, message queues, event streaming and webhooks.
- Design and support batch integrations using ETL/ELT,



scheduled jobs and bulk data transfers.
- Work with technologies such as Kafka, MQ and other messaging/event-streaming platforms.
- Define scalable, resilient and reusable integration patterns.
- Ensure data privacy, security and governance policies are consistently enforced across integrated systems.
- Identify and resolve integration, performance and reliability bottlenecks.

What Were Looking For:

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation and data manipulation.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, stored procedures and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON and API integration.
- Experience with microservices and enterprise integration architecture.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Experience with Kafka / MQ / message queues / webhooks.
- Experience designing both real-time and batch integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of database connectivity and data integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance, scalability and integration issues in enterprise environments.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in Banking / BFSI / FinTech environments.
- Experience with Core Banking Systems / CBS and enterprise banking applications.
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud-native integration.
- Experience with API Gateway / API Management platforms.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption and secure API practices.
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD.
- Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP, Kafka/Confluent, MuleSoft, API Management, TOGAF or related technologies.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management and data lineage platforms.
