Technical Implementation Lead /n Position: Technical Implementation Lead /n Qualifications: Any Graduation /n Experience: 5 - 8 Years /n Industry: E-Commerce /n Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (WFO) /n We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Lead to join a fast-growing technology platform that is building intelligent solutions across retail, manufacturing, logistics, commerce, and other emerging industries. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding programs for enterprise clients. /n Drive platform rollouts across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations. /n Own execution from project kickoff through go-live and steady-state operations. /n Build scalable implementation playbooks, governance models, and operational frameworks. /n Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams. /n Conduct governance reviews, implementation checkpoints, and executive stakeholder updates. /n Act as the primary escalation point for implementation and operational challenges.



/n Drive accountability through structured communication and action tracking. /n Build scalable implementation and customer success processes. /n Mentor AM/CSM teams on execution and stakeholder management. /n Establish operating rhythms, implementation cadences, and performance tracking. /n Reduce execution dependency through documentation, automation, and process standardization. /n Ideal Profile: /n Strong experience in enterprise implementation / onboarding / program delivery. /n Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams. /n Robust stakeholder and escalation management skills. /n Excellent communication, governance, and execution capabilities. /n Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, and operating frameworks. /n Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth technology setting. /n Interested candidates can share their updated resume to /n [email protected]
