About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Growth & AI Pre-Sales Associate to join our Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder.

This role combines AI/technology, B2B lead generation, business development, sales, and technical pre-sales. You will help identify potential global clients, research decision-makers, generate qualified leads, communicate with prospects, and support the growth of our AI Data Services business.

Freshers are welcome if they have strong technical skills, communication abilities, projects, internships, portfolios, or practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential B2B clients in AI, technology, EdTech, SaaS, and data-related industries.
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, AI Heads, Data Heads, and Engineering Leaders.
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases.
- Use AI tools and lead-generation platforms for prospect research and outreach.
- Create personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Research prospects and understand their business and technical requirements.
- Support pre-sales discussions with potential clients.
- Explain AI Data Services and solutions clearly to prospects.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
- Track outreach, responses, meetings, and opportunities.
- Experiment with AI tools, automation methods, and lead-generation strategies.
- Work closely with the Founder to improve B2B growth and sales processes.

Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or related technical background preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.




- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, AI, and technology.
- Ability to learn new AI and sales tools quickly.
- Fast decision-making and strong execution skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients.
- Willing to work full-time from our Kota office.

- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools
- Lead generation and web research
- Python or basic scripting

- Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- B2B sales or business development
