About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and experienced Technical Executive to support the execution, operation, maintenance, and technical coordination of CBG projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support day-to-day technical operations of the CBG plant.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and project teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor plant equipment, machinery, pipelines, utilities, and associated systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for technical requirements.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, equipment datasheets, and project documentation.
- Maintain daily technical reports, inspection records, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure adherence to approved engineering standards, SOPs, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.




- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment and process-related issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely closure of technical observations.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS and periodic reports for management.

Required Qualification
- B.Tech./B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the CBG / Biogas / Renewable Energy industry.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in CBG plant operations, maintenance, project execution, or commissioning will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of CBG/Biogas plant processes and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work at project/plant sites as required.

Preferred: Candidates currently working in the CBG/Biogas industry with hands-on plant or project experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
