We are looking for an Operations Executive who will own the day-to-day operational requirements of the organisation — from ensuring a new employee has their laptop ready before Day 1 to managing vendors, assets, procurement, and employee communication.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking complete ownership of operational tasks.

What You’ll Own
n
Employee & Asset Operations
n
n
- Own the complete lifecycle of employee assets — laptops, accessories, ID cards and other equipment .
n
- Ensure all required assets are ready and assigned before an employee joins.
n
- Coordinate asset handovers during joining and recover assets during exit.
n
- Maintain an updated asset and inventory tracker.
n
- Coordinate repairs, replacements and warranty-related requirements.
n
n
Vendor Management
n
n
- Manage relationships with vendors across laptops, IT equipment, office requirements and other operational needs.
n
- Coordinate with vendors well in advance to ensure timely delivery and availability.
n
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms and service timelines.
n
- Identify and onboard new vendors wherever required.
n
- Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines and service standards.
n

New Joiner Readiness
n
n
- Work closely with HR to understand upcoming joiners and their requirements.
n
- Ensure laptops,
accessories and other required items are arranged before the employee's joining date.
n
- Make sure every current joiner has a smooth and hassle-free Day 1 from an operations perspective.
n
n
Procurement & Inventory
n
n
- Manage day-to-day procurement requirements and coordinate purchase orders/invoices.
n
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively plan requirements.
n
- Ensure there is no last-minute shortage of essential equipment or supplies.
n
- Maintain proper documentation and records for purchases and assets.
n
n
Employee Communication
n
n
- Act as the point of contact for employees for operational and asset-related queries.
n
- Communicate clearly regarding asset allocation, repairs, replacements, returns and other requirements.
n
- Follow up with employees and vendors to ensure requests are closed on time.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Workplace Operations, Admin, Procurement, or a similar role.
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
n
- Comfortable dealing and negotiating with external vendors.
n
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
n
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets .
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
n
- A proactive approach, someone who spots a requirement before it becomes a problem .
n
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
