Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to Rs.90,000.

Job Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced in Accounts to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning, and leading a high-performing accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.

n

Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.

n

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all other statutory regulations.

n

Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.

n

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

n

Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.

n

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fund management.

n

Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards,



internal controls, and financial policies.

n

Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team.

n

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial control mechanisms.

n

Support management with strategic financial decision-making and business planning.

n

Required Skills

n

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

n

Expertise in Budgeting, Cost Control, Fund Management, and Statutory Compliance.

n

Experience in handling large-volume corporate accounts.

n

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

n

Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP Systems, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.

n

Eligibility Criteria

Education

CA Inter (Preferred)

n

B.Com

n

n

Experience

n

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

n

Experience in leading finance teams and managing corporate accounting functions.

n

n
