Job Title: Production Supervisor

Position (s) based at :Chakan, Pune

Reports To:Plant head / Operations Manager

Required Qualifications:

n

n
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
n
- Experience in automotive Tier-1 supplier workplace preferred.
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- 5-14 years of experience in automotive seat trim, upholstery, seating systems, or automotive interior manufacturing.
n

n

Required:

Production Management

n

n
- Supervise production activities related to car seat trim manufacturing, including cutting, sewing, foam assembly, upholstery, and final seat trim assembly.
n




- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.
n
- Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.
n
- Minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance for quick resolution of equipment issues.
n
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery requirements
n

Quality Assurance

n

n
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
n
- Conduct in-process quality checks and implement corrective actions for defects.
n
- Monitor key quality metrics such as PPM, rejection, rework, and customer complaints
