About the role

n

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and relationship building.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1.Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions from the assigned database.

n

2.Connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant Edugenius solutions.

n

3.Conduct online product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

n

4.Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.

n

5.Build strong client relationships and convert qualified leads into successful deals.

n

6.Prepare proposals and coordinate with the Head Office on sales activities, strategies,



and requirements.

n

7.Negotiate with prospects and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

n

8.Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.

n

9.Regularly update the team on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.

n

What we are looking for

n

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Confidence in sales, calling, and client interaction.

n

Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

n

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

n

Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or B2B Sales is an advantage.

Job Details

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

n

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

n

Saturday: Half-day

n

Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400005
