Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Soft Services to manage end-to-end soft service operations and ensure excellent service delivery at the site.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
n
- Supervise soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners for smooth facility operations.
n
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality as per client expectations.
n
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, fire regulations, and emergency protocols.
n
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, grooming, training, and performance of housekeeping teams.
n
- Handle office administration, utility bills, inventory,



consumables, and vendor documentation.
n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and support audits.
n
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with technical teams.
n
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
n

Education

n

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.

n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n

n
- Strong experience in housekeeping and soft services management.
n
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
n
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
n
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and facility operations.
n
- Experience in corporate offices, industrial sites, manufacturing plants, hospitals, or large commercial facilities will be preferred.
n
