Title: Senior Learning Designer – Video-Based Learning

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Design team. This

n

role is pivotal in creating high-quality, engaging video-based learning materials on technology, data, AI, and digital operations. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop impactful learning experiences.

n

Essential Job Functions

n

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand program scope.

n

• Own end-to-end video development with quality as the benchmark.

n

• Develop strong subject matter understanding and ensure content quality.

n

• Review final outputs and identify roadblocks early during scrum calls.

n

• Create storyboards, videos, eLearning presentations, projects, trainer guides, and audio scripts.

n

• Suggest innovative ideas to improve processes.

n

• Research and apply contemporary instructional design trends and technologies.

n

Essential & Critical Skills

n





• 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.

n

• Experience developing video-based training modules.

n

• Experience creating instructor-led training materials.

n

• Experience developing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 animation-based learning content.

n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

n

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

n

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.

n

• Experience creating storyboards, audio scripts, projects, and study materials.

n

• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cultures.

n

• Ability to thrive in agile and evolving environments.

n

Good to Have Knowledge

n

• Basic technology and coding knowledge.

n

• Understanding of AI, Cloud, Blockchain, and related technologies.

n

• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Canva, or similar tools.
