Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research .
n
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new clients.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct client meetings,



understand requirements, and present staffing solutions.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures.
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads.
n
- Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.
n
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure .

Candidate Profile

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing .
n
- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation .
n
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.
n
- Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.
