We are a current, neurodiversity-affirming learning centre based in Kochi, supporting students from LKG to Grade 12 with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and speech & language differences. We are growing — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

QUALIFICATION

n

Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)

n

Bachelor's in Speech and Language Pathology (BSLP)

n

RCI licence required

n

EXPERIENCE

n

Minimum (1-4 year)

n

& Freshers with a curious mind to grow in a neurodiversity-affirming space.

What you'll do

n

n
- Conduct assessments and write detailed, strengths-based reports
n
- Deliver therapy through AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, visual supports, and play-based interaction
n
- Create individualised, functional therapy plans and home programmes
n
- Collaborate closely with special educators, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
n




- Maintain session notes, progress reports, and parent communication logs
n
- Stay current with evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices
n

Fluent in English (spoken and written) and a clear, warm communicator with families
