You qualify leads, understand medical needs, research the right hospitals and surgeons across our 350+ partner network, and line up treatment consultations (TCs) with the best fit. Lead Qualification & Intake: engage prospective patients to understand medical needs, concerns, budget, and treatment goals while identifying qualified opportunities. Analytics & Optimisation: track sales performance, analyse conversion trends, and contribute ideas to improve process and patient experience. Strong, demonstrable sales knowledge, the ability to generate leads, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and convert them into successful outcomes. ~ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English; this is a client-facing, trust-building role above all else.



~1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as international sales, customer success, patient support, or client relationship management, preferably with US or international clients. ~ Candidates from a hospitality background are strongly preferred, especially those with experience in luxury hotels, premium hospitality brands, travel, or tourism. ~ Ability to identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and consistently convert opportunities.
