About the Role

n

Zade Infra Builders LLP by Altland Group is looking for a Tele Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
n
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with relevant project information.
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property/project options.
n
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
n
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
n




- Follow up with customers after site visits to support sales conversion.
n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/software.
n
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
n
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
n
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
n
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, telecalling, inside sales, real estate, or customer handling.
n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
n
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
n
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
n
- Good command of English and Hindi; Punjabi would be an advantage.
n
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
