We're looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across our financial education programs and products.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own sales targets, revenue and the complete sales pipeline.
n
- Handle leads, sales calls, follow-ups and conversions.
n
- Understand our financial education programs and products and communicate their value clearly.
n
- Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers.
n
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
n
- Identify new sales opportunities and channels.
n
- Track performance and continuously improve the sales process.
n
- Eventually build and lead a sales team as we scale.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3+ years of sales experience.
n
- Experience in fintech, financial services, financial education, wealth management,



banking or a similar industry is a plus.
n
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
n
- Comfortable working with targets, numbers and CRM tools.
n
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
n
- Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
