Job Description Head of Experience & Training Centre

n Lifetime Health Care Plus is a digital healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations.
n What you'll do
n n Design and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers.
n Build the onboarding/induction training journey for new hires, including simulation-based learning.
n Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards, and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT).




n Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions.
n Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery.
n Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles.
n n What we're looking for
n n 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D;, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred.
n Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce.
n Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT).
n Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.
