Webxlr8 is a tech agency delivering web, hosting, and digital solutions for growing
businesses. We build our own products too including VooReach, our in-house LinkedIn
lead generation tool and we’re looking for a driven Sales Intern to help us grow our client
base.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research prospective clients who fit our ideal customer profile (industry, size, need for web/tech services)
- Run outbound campaigns using VooReach, our LinkedIn outreach tool, along with email and other channels
- Write and personalize outreach messages that start real conversations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and keep the pipeline organized in our tracker/CRM
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founding team
- Share what’s working — report weekly on outreach numbers, replies, and learnings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written English — transparent, friendly, persuasive messaging
- Comfortable on LinkedIn and eager to learn outreach tools (we’ll train you on VooReach)
- Self-driven and consistent — outbound sales rewards daily discipline
- Organized: you can track hundreds of prospects without dropping follow-ups
- Bonus: basic understanding of websites, hosting, or digital services (helps you talk to clients)
- Students, recent graduates, or anyone starting a career in sales/business development are welcome
