Shift: US Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Fixed Weekly Off)

Key Responsibilities

n

- Connect with prospective international customers through calls and virtual meetings.
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
n
- Conduct effective product presentations and counselling sessions for parents and students.
n
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment.
n
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
n
- Build robust relationships with customers through timely follow-ups.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
n




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
n

Eligibility

n

n
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, BPO, Customer Success, or a customer-facing role.
n
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
n
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
n
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
n
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and US night shifts.
n
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
