About the Role :

TalentGum is looking for a proactive Project & Delivery Manager to coordinate between our business and technology teams. The person will gather requirements, track project execution, manage stakeholder communication, and help ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

• Understand business needs and convert them into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.

n

• Coordinate with business, development, design, QA, and external vendor teams.

n

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation.

n

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

n

• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items.

n

• Coordinate testing, collect business feedback, and support successful releases.

n

• Communicate project progress, delays, and scope changes to stakeholders.

n





• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.

n

• Support project handover, training, and post-launch follow-up.

n

n

Requirements :`

n

n

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, technology project management, business analysis, or product operations.

n

• Experience managing or coordinating software and digital projects.

n

• Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

n

• Basic understanding of software development, testing, releases, and Agile practices.

n

• Solid communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.

n

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion.

n

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

n

n

Experience in an ed-tech, SaaS, consumer internet, or startup environment will be an advantage.
