Job Description Precast Project Manager n n Location: Navi Mumbai & Hyderabad n Experience: Minimum 20 Years n Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering n n About the Role n We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. n As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. n n Key Responsibilities n n Project planning and execution. n Commercial and cost management of precast operations. n HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) management. n Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. n Client and stakeholder relationship management. n Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
n Leadership, mentoring, and people management. n Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements. n n n Required Skills & Experience n n Strong project management experience within the construction sector. n Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection. n Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems. n Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. n Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs. n Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. n Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams. n n
