About the Role

As a Global Sales Executive, you'll engage with international customers, consult parents on our learning programs, and drive enrollments while building a rewarding career in global sales.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents across international markets through virtual consultations.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable learning programs for their children.

- Build strong relationships and guide families throughout the decision-making process.

- Deliver compelling product presentations and confidently address customer queries.

- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to successful enrollment.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

- Continuously enhance your sales, communication, and negotiation skills through structured training and coaching.

Qualifications
n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
n
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Inside Sales.

Pay range and compensation package

- Training Period (First 2 Months): ₹20,000/month stipend

- Post Training - ₹8.36 LPA
