Hiring for Inside Sales/ Account Growth Specialist for Mohali location

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Mon to Friday, Weekends off

Experience Required: 06 months – 1 Years

About Role:

n

n
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for services such as: Microsoft Expertise ,Salesforce & Service Now Consulting, Data Engineering & Application Development , Web Modernization & Mobile App Development UI/UX Design , Cloud Services & Cyber Security
n
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing. Research and identify potential clients in target geographies, industries, and roles.
n




- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
n
- Set up qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
n
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- 06 to 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development—preferably in the IT services or consulting domain.
n
- Proven success in generating leads for technology consulting services.
n
