About the Role

n

Intellipaat School of Technology is looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join its academic team and be deputed at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune . The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics education, mentoring students, and contributing to a strong academic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver engaging and concept-focused Physics lectures to undergraduate engineering students.
n
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and other academic resources.
n
- Explain complex Physics concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving approaches.
n
- Conduct tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive academic feedback.
n
- Mentor students and support them in strengthening their conceptual and problem-solving skills.
n
- Maintain academic discipline and ensure effective classroom engagement.
n
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.
n
- Participate in academic activities, faculty meetings, workshops, and student development initiatives.
n
- Stay updated with developments in Physics education, teaching methodologies,



and relevant academic practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum Qualification: Either:
n
- Ph.D. in Physics / relevant discipline , or
n
- M.Sc. in Physics / relevant discipline with UGC qualification
n
- UGC qualification is mandatory for candidates applying with an M.Sc.
n
- Strong command over core Physics concepts and undergraduate-level curriculum.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
n
- Prior teaching experience in an engineering college, university, or reputed educational institution will be preferred.
n
