Role: Principal Designer

As a Principal Designer , you will oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality and customer-centric design delivery. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, operational excellence, and business ownership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

What You'll Own

- Lead and manage a team of designers to produce exceptional quality design work that meets customer expectations.

- Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studio's brand and reputation for excellence.

- Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation, and lead design presentations to the customers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

- 5 to 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects.
n
- Bachelor's [ B.Arch ] or Master's degree in interior design or a related field.
n
- Proven experience managing design teams and having delivered high value projects successfully.
n
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid client relationships.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
n
- A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.
