Job Description Role & Responsibility
n • Understanding of business model, financial statements,
n analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information
n • Perform rigorous analytical work, research, fundamental credit analysis, analysis of financial statements, building of financial models and forecasts, and writing of analytical reports on rated corporate entities
n • Close monitoring of the performance of the companies and industries in the portfolio
n • Doing plant visits and management meetings
n • Writing ratings notes and making presentations before rating committees
n • Interacting with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignment




n • Maintain direct analytical responsibility for a portfolio of rated corporate issuers with the guidance of Group Heads
n • Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned Group Heads
n • Preparation of quarterly review notes based on quarterly performance and other updates
n • Keeping track of changes in the economy, various sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients
n • Preparation of rating rationales and press releases
n • Ongoing surveillance and rating recommendations
n • Repeat analytical contact with rated entities' senior
n management, and presentation of analytical findings to
n n internal and external constituencies
