About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Specialist – Python Full Stack & AI/ML to join our technical content team and build high-quality coding and project-based assessments across modern software technologies.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Python and software development fundamentals who wants to work across backend, frontend, databases, testing, DevOps and AI/ML.

You will work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment, where you will not only create technical content but also research new technologies, build proof-of-concepts, integrate technologies and use modern AI tools and agents to accelerate development and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Content & Assessment Engineering

Design and develop coding problems, database problems, API assessments and project-based coding assessments.

Create practical problems across beginner to advanced difficulty levels that evaluate real-world engineering skills.

Develop problem statements, requirements, solutions, test cases and evaluation criteria.

Review content and solutions for technical correctness, difficulty, code quality and edge cases.

Identify loopholes and ensure incorrect solutions do not incorrectly pass test cases.

Translate client requirements into clear and technically accurate assessments. Python Full-Stack Development Work across the Python full-stack ecosystem, including:

Python, Django and FastAPI

REST APIs and backend development

SQL databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL and MS SQL

MongoDB and NoSQL

HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React

API integration and backend/frontend communication

Pytest and API testing

Git,



Docker and CI/CD fundamentals AI/ML & Generative AI Contribute to modern AI/ML content and projects involving:

Python ML ecosystem – NumPy, Pandas and scikit-learn

Machine learning fundamentals

Generative AI and LLM APIs

Prompt engineering

Embeddings and vector databases

RAG applications

AI agents and tool calling

AI-powered application development R&D; & Technology Integration

Research and experiment with emerging technologies, frameworks and developer tools.

Build proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies.

Integrate multiple technologies to create realistic end-to-end applications.

Identify technologies relevant to modern software engineering and hiring.

Convert R&D; findings into technical content, assessments and projects. AI-Assisted Development

Work with modern AI coding assistants and AI agents for research, development, testing and content creation.

Evaluate AI-generated code and identify its limitations.

Explore agentic development workflows and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Use AI to improve development productivity, test coverage and content quality.

Who We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in software development, technical content, QA automation, technical training or a related technical role.

Strong Python programming, problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with Django or FastAPI, with an understanding of REST APIs and backend development.



Good understanding of SQL and relational databases; exposure to MongoDB/NoSQL is a plus.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.

Familiarity with Pytest, API testing, Git and Docker; exposure to Selenium/Playwright or CI/CD is a plus.

Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and familiarity with technologies such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, LLM APIs, RAG or embeddings.

Ability to read, debug and review code written by others.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases, logical issues and loopholes.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and convert technical requirements into practical problems.

Curious by nature and comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies quickly.

Ability to independently research a technology, build a prototype and turn the learning into practical content. Strong interest in AI-assisted development, AI coding tools and up-to-date AI agents.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing technologies and priorities.
