Technical Content Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and audience-focused Technical Content Writer to develop compelling marketing and knowledge content that strengthens the brand and engages researchers, academicians, institutions, and publishing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

· Create engaging and precise content for social media, blogs, campaigns, website, and marketing communications.

· Develop social media posts, carousels, reels, captions, and other short-form content.

· Create white papers, knowledge-based articles, product content, guides, and educational resources for our product.

· Develop SEO-friendly blogs and thought-leadership content around research, academic publishing, AI, and scholarly communication.

· Create content that communicates product value clearly and attracts the target audience.

· Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across channels.

· Research audience interests, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify relevant content opportunities.

· Collaborate with Growth & Marketing, Product, and SME teams to develop product-focused and educational content.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, social media, or digital marketing.





· Excellent written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.

· Strong understanding of brand awareness, brand marketing, and audience engagement.

· Ability to create concise, impactful, and platform-specific content.

· Good understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

· Robust storytelling ability and the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.

· Ability to understand and write for a research/academic audience is an advantage.
