Wavetree Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tech Sales Support Executive to join our team at our New Town office.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining our Internet and technology-related services, following up with prospective customers, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and helping convert enquiries into successful sales.

This position is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer and technical knowledge, and an interest in technology, broadband, networking, hosting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries.
- Explain Wavetree broadband, Internet and other technology services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans/services.
- Follow up with new sales leads and interested customers.
- Coordinate with the technical/installation team for new connections.
- Maintain customer enquiry and sales follow-up records.
- Assist customers with basic technical or service-related queries.
- Update leads and customer information in CRM/software.
- Follow up with customers until installation/order completion.




- Support ongoing sales and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, web applications and CRM/software.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication ability preferred.
- Basic understanding of Internet, Wi-Fi, broadband or networking will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be confident speaking with customers over phone.
- Must be willing to work from office at New Town, Kolkata.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and technical knowledge.

Performance-based incentives may be offered based on sales and lead conversions.
