Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Allocate and prioritize work, monitor project timelines, and optimize team productivity.
- Review and approve graphic designs, videos, motion graphics, and creative concepts before final delivery.
- Design and oversee creatives for:
- Social media campaigns
- Digital marketing assets (banners, emailers, website creatives, landing pages)
- Print media (brochures, flyers, standees, posters, branding collateral)
- Corporate presentations and marketing materials
- Event and promotional creatives

Required Skills & Competencies

- 7–8 years of experience in Graphic Design and creative content production.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).

- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, colour correction, typography, layout design, branding,

and visual storytelling.

- Ability to review, guide, and mentor both Graphic Designers and Video Editors while maintaining quality standards.
- Robust project management, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
