We're Hiring || Team Leader (Tamil Proficiency)

- Process: International (Blended)
- Shifts: Rotational Shift (including night shifts)
- Working Days: 5 days a week, 2week offs
- Location - Navi Mumbai
- Education - Graduate (Experience) required

We are looking for candidates who are on paper Team Leader for minimum 1 yr. Note: We are looking for candidates who can speak in Tamil Language Fluently.

Key Responsibilities-

Team Leadership & People Management-

- Should have experience with CS domain and escalation management.
- Having positive command on Tamil language in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Supervise and manage a team of inbound and outbound healthcare customer service agents.
- Assign daily workloads, manage rosters, and ensure optimal staffing coverage.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training.
- Motivate team members to meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
