Role Description The Team Lead – Warehouse Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory handling, and accurate documentation. The role involves planning and allocating tasks to warehouse staff, monitoring productivity, and enforcing safety and compliance standards.

The Team

Lead will coordinate with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing, on-time dispatches, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also entails tracking key operational metrics,



identifying process improvements, and supporting management in implementing best practices in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated People Management abilities, such as team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
- Customer Satisfaction focus, with a track record of meeting service levels, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards.
- Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), basic MS Excel, and standard reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to dynamic operational needs, and maintain high safety and compliance standards.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
