Bhanzu is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our Renewals Team and drive business growth across India & GCC .

n

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

n

n

We're looking for candidates with:

n

n

3–6 years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Retention, Customer Success, or Inside Sales

n

1–2 years of team handling experience

n

Solid track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets

n

Excellent coaching, performance management, and stakeholder management skills

n

EdTech or high-growth B2C sales experience is preferred

n

Willingness to work from the Bangalore office

n

n

Compensation:

n

n
- Fixed CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
n
- Performance Variable: Up to ₹4 LPA
n
- Total Compensation: Up to ₹14 LPA
