Role: Sr. Business Development Executive – US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients)

Location: Onsite(100 feet Road, Madhapur)

Job Summary:

n

Looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.

n

You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

n

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients.

n

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network.

n

• Handle the sales cycle — from leads to conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure.

n

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers.

n

• Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

n

• Grow accounts and drive repeat business.

n

• Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly.

n

n

Performance Expectations:

n

• Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving.

n





• Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding).

n

• Start getting requirements from clients early on.

n

• Bring in and grow a few active client accounts.

n

• Maintain consistency in adding recent business.

n

n

Required Skills:

n

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT staffing business development.

n

• Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients.

n

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

n

• Ability to manage the sales cycle independently.

n

• Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.

n

n

Good to Have:

n

• Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers.

n

• Experience in client acquisition and closures.

n

• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
