Role Overview:

n

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
n
- Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
n
- Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activities
n
- Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BI
n
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary
n
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial records
n
- Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones
n
- Support PMO reporting, governance reviews, and audit requirements
n




- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
n
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

n

n
- 2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Financial Operations roles
n
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/orJIRA
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI
n
- Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance activities
n
- Familiarity with financial operations, budgeting, and reconciliation processes
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
n
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Eclipse or other financial management Systems
n
- Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and best practices
n
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
n
- Exposure to project portfolio management processes

- Experience supporting global teams across different time zones

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
