About the Role n

We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers and Senior Sales Professionals to drive new business, manage key accounts, and grow our Engineering Services portfolio across the USA market .

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Generate and close new business across Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Civil Infrastructure Engineering services.
n
- Own the complete sales cycle, territory pipeline, revenue targets, and Q-o-Q growth plans .
n
- Generate leads and build relationships with Steel fabricators, Erectors, Contractors, EPC/EPCM/EC companies, Consulting engineering firms, and Industrial organizations .
n
- Identify opportunities across EPC, EPCM, EC, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build project models.
n
- Lead client meetings jointly with the Director and coordinate with technical and delivery teams.
n
- Develop and grow strategic key accounts , ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
n
- Develop market-specific sales strategies and identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities.
n
- Track pipeline, sales performance, forecasts, territory growth, and revenue achievement.
n

Required Experience & Skills n

n




- 8+ years of proven B2B sales / business development experience in Engineering Services or related technical domains.
n
- Mandatory USA market sales experience.
n
- Experience in one or more areas: Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete/Rebar, Civil Infrastructure, Industrial Engineering, EPC, or Engineering Consulting .
n
- Proven track record in new business development, key account management, and revenue target achievement .
n
- Solid understanding of engineering and construction project environments and client decision-making processes.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
n
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred n

Existing network across USA engineering, construction, EPC, industrial, and infrastructure sectors will be a strong advantage.
