Job Description

Business Development: - Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets. - Generate recent business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. - Build a robust sales pipeline across target industries. - Identify large outsourcing opportunities for Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Payroll, Landscaping, and Total IFM solutions. - Develop key account strategies for enterprise customers. Client Acquisition: - Engage CXOs, CHROs, Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, and Administration leaders. - Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and solution presentations. - Understand client pain points and design customized IFM solutions. - Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts. Tender & Proposal Management: - Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions. - Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial proposals. - Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining target margins. Relationship Management:



- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Ensure smooth transition of newly won projects to operations. - Drive customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Market Intelligence: - Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Identify emerging opportunities in healthcare, education, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate sectors. - Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events. Team Leadership: - Mentor and coach Business Development Managers and Sales Executives. - Conduct weekly pipeline reviews. - Drive a high-performance sales culture with accountability and discipline.
