Job Description

 Own operational execution of the Primo Program and ensure smooth program governance.

n

 Manage the Bus Operator lifecycle, including on boarding, deboarding, and program

n

compliance.

n

 Drive Primo Tag enablement, Clickwrap Agreement execution, and related processes.

n

 Own and execute Primo Branding initiatives

n

 Manage Primo Merchandise procurement, inventory planning, distribution across regions.

n

 Manage Vendors associated with Branding, Merchandising to facilitate smooth

n

accomplishment of KRAs

n

 Support recent initiatives, pilot programs, and process improvement projects by coordinating

n

cross-functional execution and tracking impact.

n

 Coordinate with Supply, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure

n

seamless execution of program deliverables.

n

 Publish weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports, including target vs.

n

achievement reviews,



and support governance reviews with regional teams.

n

 Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend

n

corrective actions to improve program outcomes.

n

 Monitor program KPIs and build dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to provide actionable

n

insights on program performance, adoption, and regional execution.

n

 Work closely with the finance team to seamlessly streamline payments to vendors, BO

n

reimbursements, billings, PO creation & closure. Closely track spends as per budget allocation

n

and own the provisioning of monthly spends

n

 Own the planning and execution of the Primo WhatsApp communication calendar to keep

n

partners informed and engaged with key program initiatives and updates.
