Role Overview

n

As a Health Coach, you will work closely with clients to guide them through personalized health journeys, ensuring accountability, consistency, and measurable results. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for professionals who are passionate about behavioral change, nutrition, and holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients through structured health and lifestyle transformation programs.
n
- Build personalized plans based on client goals, health conditions, nutritional requirements, and progress.
n
- Track client performance and ensure consistent engagement and accountability.
n
- Provide regular feedback, motivation, behavioral coaching, and nutrition guidance.
n
- Help clients overcome emotional and lifestyle barriers that impact their health journey.
n
- Monitor progress and drive measurable results within defined timelines.
n




- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and experience.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Nutritionist, or Dietitian preferred.
n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Psychology, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
n
- Strong passion for health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, and behavior change.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- High ownership and accountability for client results.
n
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
n
- Detail-oriented with solid follow-through.
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation Structure

n

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month

n

Performance Incentives:

n

n
- ₹500 per client (initial phase)
n
- ₹750 per client (growth phase)
n
- ₹1,000 per client (mature phase, performance-based payouts)
n

Work Details

- Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in India)
n
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
n
- Weekly Off: Sunday
