Are you a strategic finance leader with expertise in financial planning, banking, audits, compliance, and business partnering?

n

Looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead its Finance & Accounts function and drive financial excellence in a fast-growing renewable energy organization.

n

Location: Mumbai

n

Employment Type: Full-Time

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead the Finance & Accounts department

n

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

n

Handle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals

n

Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors

n

Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance

n

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

n

Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management

n

Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team

n

We're Looking For

n

B.Com / M.Com (CA Preferred)

n

Relevant Finance & Accounts experience:

n

• B.Com / M.Com – 4–5+ Years

n





• Chartered Accountant – 2–3 Years Post Qualification

n

Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.

n

Budgeting & Forecasting

n

Banking, Treasury & Project Finance

n

Accounting & Financial Reporting

n

MIS Reporting

n

GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance

n

Tally Prime / ERP | Advanced Excel | Power BI (Preferred)
