We're seeking an experienced Smartsheet Consultant with project management experience for a short-term engagement to design and build out OKR (Objectives and Key Results) functionality in Smartsheet. You'll work directly with the business and own the solution end to end - from requirements gathering through implementation and handoff.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document requirements with business stakeholders
- Design and configure Smartsheet solutions: sheets, reports, dashboards, formulas, cross-sheet references, workflows, and automation
- Build out OKR tracking functionality aligned to business needs
- Manage tasks and timelines, and provide regular status updates
- Support testing, implementation, and knowledge transfer at handoff
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall relevant professional experience (10+ a plus)
- this is total experience and does not need to be entirely on the Smartsheet platform
- Strong hands-on Smartsheet skills across sheets, reports, dashboards, formulas, cross-sheet references, workflows, and automation
- Practical project management experience: requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, task and timeline management, status reporting, and testing support
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the full solution lifecycle
- Availability for recurring meetings at 2:00 PM ET
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing OKR or KPI tracking in Smartsheet
- Experience with project/portfolio management, strategic planning, or performance-management solutions built in Smartsheet
